Relational Life Foundation is the non-profit wing of Relational Life Institute. The Foundation is set out to elevate the RLT model so that it can be of greater benefit on our planet.
Its mission is two-fold:
- The Foundation is bringing RLT therapeutic tools and services to underserved and diverse populations through free and low-fee workshops, presentations, conversations, audio recordings, and group/private therapy.
- It is also aiming to prove the effectiveness of RLT through research studies on the model. Assuming they can deem RLT ‘evidence based’, it will pave the way for it to be taught globally in higher education therapy programs.
The Foundation works collaboratively with Relational Life Institute to provide scholarship programs, leadership opportunities and community support for RLT trainees and practitioners. Stay tuned for ways to connect with other RLT practitioners through the Foundation’s Regional Support Groups.
You’ll also want to check out their quarterly Community Conversation Series, which features discussions on RLT as it intersects with topics of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. This year’s topics are:
- Power & Privilege
- Systems Thinking
- Shame Resilience
- Stages of Change
